Great service and prices. They picked me up at my hotel and made it very convenient to rent from Enterprise. I don't rent anywhere else except Enterprise and you should too.
As a long time renter I appreciate the staff knowing who you are, what you like, etc. While all the established staff at the Westlake location is friendly, my favorite person to work with at the location is Jorge. Understanding that people get promoted or move on, its important to have as stable a group as possible at the locations. That's what means a lot when you walk through the door and can have the rapport with someone like Jorge, makes your business more personal.
Our family needed a rental vehicle for a few days so we made our reservation online at their Westlake, OH (Center Ridge Road) facility. The second we opened their door to pick up our vehicle, we were treated like family. Smiles and greetings from everyone and it wasn't fake; they were all sincere. Awesome experience.
I rent from the Westlake Enterprise often. Jorge is the one of the Representatives I seem to gravitate to the most. He is fantastic to work with and never lets me down. Great customer service as a whole but I have to say he makes my experience a "5" star rating every time!
