I went to buy a dress that had a clearance tag on it and when I went to check out it rang up 3x of what the tag said and they wouldn't do anything, even with all the beading on the sleeve ripped off to the point of having to pay to get it fixed. 10/10 do recommend
I want to give a big shout out to Edie at the Crocker Park Nordstrom Rack. She went above and beyond in assisting me in making a purchase over the phone. I called from out of state (Utah) after finding out that the item I wanted didn’t exist anywhere expect at the Crocker Park Rack. Edie took her time to ensure that the coat that I purchased was priced the same as my local Nordstrom Rack. She made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you’re at the Crocker Park Rack and need assistance make sure you ask for Edie.
Love the store. However, it seems like no one is in their office. Called them, got an answering machine/left a number and they never called back..What’s happening?
I'm giving this location 4 stars instead of less because of the helpful employees. I seem to have more luck at the East side location and find that store to be a little more appealing to shop; however, my 2yr old son temporarily disappeared and the staff was very quick to help. They blocked doors, radio'd each other and found him in kid's shoes a moment later. Thank you all for taking care of your customer's safety and sanity. It's really important that they have the technology and training to help with a situation like that.
