I had a crown done at this place back to 2015 and it did not last even 2 years(BTW I have another crown that been last for 5 years). It came off yesterday and They could not re-cement it back but suggested to do a bridge at full price. The front desk is terrible too. They ask you to get out of the door as soon as they know they will not have business with you. I would not recommend this place if you pursue a quality of your dental work.
First got a rate of 110 to be seen as an emergency patient. Got there and it went to 223. They decided to let me have it at 113. I was and still am in serious pain left office with a script of antibiotics and motrin 600. Pain still horrible called emergency line and 7 hours later no call back. Dr was very unprofessional and further more it was a complete waste of 113 for 1 x ray and 11 minutes.Highly Highly do not recommend!!!!
They give same generic response to each negative review posted on Google. "We are sorry to hear about your experience with our office, (your name here). We do our best to provide the best care to our patients. If you want to talk about your specific concern, please call us at the office and we’ll be happy to discuss that with you." Everything about this office is the definition of poor patient care.
very pleased with second opinion and will definitely be changing to Refresh Dental. Dr Schaefer was very knowledgeable and explained the best way to save my cracked tooth.
When you can get dr. norcross (good luck with that), its not too bad. But the other clowns that are there are useless. I will NEVER...EVER go back to this establishment! They are, simply put, awful.
