Every appointment was very rushed. Intense pain was of no concern to their physical therapy Dept.( they do not have an open line of communication with Doctor). Because he was not listening when I said "I snapped my knee back" it took 2 1/2 months to get MRI approval. Dr. reviewed my MRI with me in less than 3 minute. His Missed Diagnosis caused AVN and great pain and may lead to knee replacement. God Help Me.
Sent me to get an X-ray. When they found out I didn't have a stress fracture (which I knew) they just said okay three weeks off. Knew I had struggled with ankle issues yet never took the time to help me figure out why, so this could stop happening. Never looked into if it was my tendons or muscles, just cleared the X-rays and sent me off. Very frustrating
I went here for the first time in 15 years today. After reading some of these negative reviews, I braced myself for some crappy service. Glad to say it never happened. From the lady who answered the phone, to the receptionists at the desk, the nurse that got my history in the exam room, and the dr, they were extremely friendly, helpful, caring, and compassionate. Sorry others had a bad experience, but mine was nothing but positive!!
I have gone here for years. I always skip the Er and straight here even if I have to wait overnight. I probably seen every dr they all take care of you.
No complaints. Busy place but didn't think the wait was inordinate. Dr. Maheshwar was thorough, pleasant, and reassuring. So was everyone encountered. Granted, I have no issue that requires any further treatment but I wouldn't hesitate to return to pursue other needs.
