The flowers for my daughter’s wedding were just stunning. It was a joy working with Kim and her daughter. They listened to what our vision was and made it come true. We had one hiccup but the ladies quickly fixed that and made everything perfect. I highly recommend their services.

I have purchased several floral arrangements from Silver Fox Florist. They have listened to my ideas and turned my designs into floral reality!! I cannot tell you the comfort level that they have given me. I have found them to be very reasonable on price, ask for an estimate. I have found them to be so professional and friendly that I travel from MEDINA to make purchases at this Westlake location. I am also a Hospice Worker. The funeral arrangements that I have seen from here are also very nice.

I ordered flowers here back in December for both sets of parents for the holidays. I was SUPER happy with the products and delivery. I thought I had found my new florist to send gifts to my parents when I can't be there. Early today I ordered again and the order was rejected based on delivery area. I was super confused because they had delivered before. After speaking to the manager I was told they have NEVER delivered to that area - that there's no way I actually have a confirmation with their name on it from December (even though I do). AND my father called them back in December to say the arrangement looked great. I was also told that my parents' address was over an hour away from their shop. It's 25mins if they had bothered to actually look. I was shocked at the terrible customer service. It was NOT about them not being able to fulfill the order - if they don't deliver there anymore, fine. But denying that it ever happened and exaggerating about the distance... I was basically told that I have no clue what I was talking about. Shocking. Will never use them again which is too bad as they do nice arrangements.
Amazing customer service! I requested flowers for my wedding last minute and the ladies at Silver Fox have me excellent pricing compared to other florist price quotes, absolutely beautiful flowers, and wonderful customer service. I am so impressed with this place I am suggesting it to anyone who is ordering flowers for their wedding or other special occasions. Thank you Silver Fox!
