The sales experience was great and the showroom was very nice. The experience has been horrible since they accepted our payment. Ordered in early January for tables and chairs and were told 6 - 8 weeks. First delivery of table and 6 chairs was scheduled, rescheduled, then delivered on the wrong day. 4 weeks and many calls later, we are still waiting for the remaining chairs. They magically appeared today after we called again. Now they expect us to wait another 2 weeks because the delivery schedule is full. Manager explained how hard the delivery people work. Not our problem. Major issues at this company. Do not expect on-time delivery and be prepared to call multiple times. Free delivery doesn't seem like enough after this terrible experience.
