After the traumatic visit with that OT, I called Cleveland Clinic downtown. I had an investigation on that therapist done. They said that reading her documentation they felt that she did nothing wrong and that they found no reason for further action. OF COURSE NOT! They are going off HER documentation! You honestly think that she is going to document torturing kids, that would be frowned upon.
DO NOT GO HERE! The west side location for therapy services for children are worse than Nazi Concentration Camps! My daughter was progressing slow but still progressing! Then the therapist forced her to eat more than she wanted and could tolerate! Jeniffer the OT there held my daughter's head with one hand and shoved food into her mouth and refused to let my daughter move till it was swallowed! Then after we refused to let her see our child again, she lied on the documentation! Now, today we got another letter from the Speech Therapist! ALSO LYING! These people have NO RIGHT to work with children! If you want to take your kids there... YOU NEED YOUR HEAD EXAMINED! THIS PLACE IS A FRACKING JOKE! Sadly, no one is laughing! I see lots of kids in tears, not happy ones either!
