Unless you've already eaten a few appetizers, I wouldn't recommend getting the tacos. They're good, however, they are about the size of your palm. Left completely unsatisfied.
Usually this location has great food and service, but I was a bit disappointed with my experience tonight. I got there at 6:45 and waited 15 minutes for a table (no big deal). Once we had a table the service was just exceptionally slow. It took just under two hours to get through our fairly standard meal.
Food was fantastic..... Steak Diane a hit, and their pasta dishes amazing. Fish and chips really good. And their cheesecakes to die for! Family friendly as well. Close to shopping and more!
I know it has been a while since I've been here, and this experience was not in line with any other time I've visited. Food was good...
Went here with my family for a brunch. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. When my mom has to apologize for picking the place we ate for my birthday dinner you get one star. If it takes you more then 15 min to remake a breakfast burrito you need a new kitchen staff.
It took about 5 minutes before the server came to take our drink order, and we quickly put our full order in. (Appetizer-macaroni bites, and two signature dishes). The macaroni bites came out within 10 minutes, but we waited another 30+ for our meal. My meal was good (Steak Diane) but my guest ordered the Crusted Chicken Romano with extra sauce...and the extra sauce didn't come out with it. He asked the server who dropped the meal off at our table for it...and it didn't come. About 15 minutes later OUR server does a check back, and asks if they ever brought out the sauce with his meal, and says she'll go check on it. By the time his sauce came out, I had long finished eating, and his food was cold.
Went last night to celebrate my mother's birthday. She had gift cards that she wanted to use. I understand it is the holiday season and a weekend night but we arrived at 6:40 pm with a party of 6. We are told 75 to 90 minute wait. After watching parties arrive after us being seated we were finally seated at 8:40 pm. The excuse one of the managers dismissively gave us was that they only had a certain number of tables that could seat 6 people. The BOOTH they sat us at was the same size table that they were seating parties of 4 people at while we waited forever. Another manager came by and apologized for our extended wait and told us to pick two appetizers that he would comp. Unfortunately I took the manager at his word and did not check the bill until after I got home. THEY BILLED US FOR THE APPETIZERS WE WOULDN'T HAVE NORMALLY ORDERED THAT WERE OFFERED AS A COMP FOR OUR EXCESSIVE WAIT!!!!
So, a 2 hour wait for a party of 6, a bitchy female manager and paying an extra $30.00 for appetizers, I will NEVER go to this location again. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AT THIS LOCATION
We boxed up our leftovers and reluctantly ordered dessert (even though it was already 8:30). The dessert was good, and had a quick turn around, but we got stuck waiting, and waiting for the check...which we were able to cash out at 8:45.
