My only complaint is the woman that works in his office (Sharmane?) was very rude and dismissive. The work itself was exactly what we discussed. Sometimes, that's all I need - I pay for a job, I need the job done (without being spoken to like I'm doing them a favor by the office staff)
Spoke with the owner on the phone about potential work. He was rude, asked if I sold advertising, and then told me he didn't want any work in North Olmsted - which is less than 10 minutes away from Westlake! Very disappointing!
