Have had nothing but problems with this store.
Bought a gas fireplace insert, which to us, was an expensive investment. It broke a few weeks into installation. That happens, no problem. The problem has been with the store fixing this situation and returning our phone calls. Every time I call, the person who can help me is unavailable. It's been 3 weeks and still no resolution. Will certainly find a new retailer if we ever need to purchase fireplace or grill products again.

The team did a quality job and worked very hard on a hot day. While doing the job, the team found that more needed to be done than anticipated but they went ahead and completed the job as needed. The clean up job could have been better but I forgave them as they had been working longer than anticipated. Thank you for a job well done.
