Room was exactly what you expect for an Extended Stay room. Everything clean and working. Best rate for a suite in the entire area.
Clean, efficient room well laid out for an overnight stay or for a few weeks. Helpful staff and close to tons of great restaurants at Crocker Park. Be sire to check out Sibling Revelry Brewing just down the street.
Vick at the front desk made everything work great. Made room arrangements in a hurry when a family member ended up in a nearby hospital. Vicki understood and held a room on just my name so I could go quickly. When I arrived at 2:30 in the morning she remembered every detail and was extremely welcoming. While grabbing breakfast to go in the lobby the next morning heard others talk about Vicki doing the same for them.
Room smelled like smoke, asked for a new one and was promptly met on same floor and given new room. Tv needs to be appropriate for guests in lobby, murder shows should be changed immediately if guests walk in. Old blankets and sheets. Place generally has a smoker smell. But paid 40 something on Priceline with express deal- so able to deal with the negatives. Nice front desk staff.
Nice size rooms, great easy access to and from the interstate. Fast and efficient check-in. If you want items for the kitchenette just let the front desk know and they will deliver it to your room. Rooms and furnishings are a bit dated. Overall will definitely stay again.
Their "new policy" wouldn't let us pay cash for our room. I assume this is because they collect a miniscule bit of interest on every card they put a 72 hr hold on. Our room looked clean enough, but we soon discovered the garbage can under the sink was full and hadn't been emptied and that there were still wet towels on the floor behind the door. If they are missing those kinds of details, who knows how they are dealing with others? I give them the benefit of the doubt, but still pretty lame.
